Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want ScrubEase to make cleaning easier for you. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This guarantee applies to all customers in the EU, the UK and the USA.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at nordscrub@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
  3. Pack the product with all brush heads, handle sections, the charging cable and the manual.
  4. Send the parcel with a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.

Refunds

We refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait to refund until the product has arrived back with us, or until you have shown proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first.

If you return the full order under your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers, see below), we also refund the original standard shipping cost. We do not refund any extra cost of an express shipping option you chose.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay the cost of returning the product, unless it arrived damaged or faulty, or it was not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover the return shipping or send you a replacement free of charge.

Condition of Returned Items

You may handle and try the product as you would in a shop, to check that it works as expected. If the product has been used more than necessary for that, or comes back damaged or incomplete, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the problem. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Customers in the EU and the UK: Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the product. Our 30-day guarantee gives you more time and does not limit this right.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email at nordscrub@outlook.com before the period ends. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to. You must send the product back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the EU, the legal guarantee for faulty goods is at least 2 years from delivery, and in Sweden it is 3 years. In the UK you have the rights given by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 30-day right to reject faulty goods. In the USA, the implied warranties under your state’s law apply.
